How To Order:
Payment Terms
- MasterCard and Visa orders will only be accepted from persons who are authorized by the cardholder to place such orders.
Shipping:
- All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- All orders shipped F.O.B. from Scottsdale, AZ.
- Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges).
- If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
- All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
- For information regarding international shipments, please contact your sales rep.
- UPS and FedEx charge Kickass Electronmics additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned, or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return, or rerouting of the package(s).
- Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.
Shipping Of Backorders
- Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
- Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.
Damages/Claims:
- Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Kickass Electronics Customer Service within five days from receipt of shipment. Kickass Electronics will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
- Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and Displays larger than 30" must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.
- To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Kickass Electronics. For assistance, please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service at (866) 995-4252.
