Return Policy:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service at (866) 995-4252 to obtain return authorization. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
- Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
- Returns will be processed as 'Credit Only' based on original payment terms. Kickass Electronics does not offer cash refunds on returned merchandise.
- Defective returns are eligible for return within 90 days from the Kickass Electronics invoice date. After 90 days, product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.
- Factory sealed product in new/re-sellable condition may be returned at Kickass Electronic’s discretion. Non-defective opened products are not eligible for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Kickass Electronics selling price, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Sale of closeout and special ordered items are final. Only defective closeout/ special ordered product may be returned for credit as per normal Kickass Electronics policy.
- Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return. Custom installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return. Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
- Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive full credit and fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packaging.
- All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
- Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy Exceptions
- Flat panel and Projection TVs are not eligible for return to Kickass Electronics.
- Most TVs/monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair service.
- Kickass Electronics follows all manufacturer return policies. For additional information regarding these policy exceptions, please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service (866) 995-4252.
- The following manufacturers do not qualify under our normal return policy: Select Samsung, Spectroniq, Go Video, Mintek, Casio Projectors, Benq, Sansui, Audiovox (flat screens), Chauvet Lighting, Sharp, Viewsonic, Optoma, SVA, Norcent, Draper, Vutec, Sylvania, JVC, and Philips.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
2. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
3. Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
4. Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
6. Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt to Kickass Electronics. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
7. RM numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RM number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
8. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.

To ensure your credit is processed in a timely manner, please write the RM number clearly on the outside of the shipping box to direct your shipment to our Return's warehouse for timely processing. Please do not write this number on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
