01) Can I return new products to Kickass Electronics for credit?
New products in pristine condition will be considered for return. Returns of new products are only at the discretion of Kickass Electronics LLC. Resalable products approved for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to Kickass Electronics Terms and Conditions for additional details. Products approved for return must be unopened in the original manufacturer's sealed packaging. Products that have stickers, price tags, labels or writing on the product, cannot be accepted for return.
02) Will Kickass Electronics accept product returns due to buyer's remorse if the product packaging has been opened, and the product is not defective?
Non-defective products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
03) What can I do to help avoid the above scenario?
Our Kickass Electronics Sales Representatives receive on going training and are well versed on most products we carry. Your Kickass Electronics Sales Rep is happy to assist you with your product needs. Additionally, a link to the manufacturers website has been provided to allow you to access the manufacturers site where you can view the product, product specifications, warranty information, etc.
04) What is your defective return policy?
Kickass Electronics will honor the return of most defective products within 6 months from the date of purchase from Kickass Electronics. If the product was purchased outside of 6 months, please contact the manufacturer for warranty options. Some products may not be eligible for return based on manufacturer restrictions.
05) How do I order a replacement for defective merchandise?
Credit will be issued for returned merchandise. Please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service to order replacement product. As a courtesy, Kickass Electronics will prepay the ground freight for your defective replacement order. All defective products must be returned complete with all original components including instruction manual along with the original manufacturer's packaging/box.
06) What if I no longer have the manufacturer's packaging/box or the product is missing components?
Unfortunately, Kickass Electronics cannot accept product for return that is missing components or original manufacturer's packaging/box.
07) Who pays the freight to return defective product?
Kickass Electronics customers are responsible for the return freight for all returns to Kickass Electronics LLC. As a courtesy, Kickass Electronics will prepay ground freight for your defective replacement order.
08) How long does it take to receive credit for products returned?
Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise at Kickass Electronics LLC.
09) How do I go about returning items to Kickass Electronics?
Please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service to obtain an RM number. Customer Service will be happy to walk you through the return process.
10) Where do I send my authorized return?

To ensure your credit is processed in a timely manner, please write the RM number clearly on the outside of the shipping box to direct your shipment to our Return's warehouse for timely processing. Please do not write this number on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
10) How long do I have to report a problem with an order I placed through Kickass Electronics LLC?
Please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service within 7 days of the expected ship date or within 7 days of receiving the shipment
11) What is your price protection policy?
Kickass Electronics has limited control of the rapidly changing prices in consumer electronics industry; therefore we do not offer a price protection policy. Kickass Electronics offers very competitive pricing and will consider price matches for our competitors for the same product of equal quality.
12) What happens if I refuse to accept delivery of a shipment from Kickass Electronics LLC.?
Credit will be issued for the products refused, less a 20% restocking fee within 5-7 business days of receipt at Kickass Electronics LLC. Original shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Additional freight charges may apply. Please contact Kickass Electronics Customer Service for additional information.
13) What happens if a package is refused due to shipping damage?
Refused damaged shipments will be issued full credit upon 5-7 days of receipt of the shipment at Kickass Electronics LLC. To secure refusal credit and avoid restocking fee's, please note all damages on the freight bill.
